Change Manager Operations DACH

We are knuspr, a leading online food retailer in Europe, and we're looking for a skilled Change Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and process improvement.
About the Role:
- Strategic Pipeline Owner: You will be responsible for owning the strategic pipeline of projects and programs, ensuring successful implementation and managing data collection, coordination, planning, testing, validation, analysis, optimization, rollout, training, and troubleshooting.
- Project Management Office Lead: You will run the project management office, tracking progress, reporting on ongoing initiatives, monitoring and supervising process changes, and driving the adoption of best practices and standardization of processes.
- Process Improvement Expert: You will work closely with site staff and local support teams to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Stakeholder Management: You will interact and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, present to steering committees, and confidently prioritize programs, resources, and scope while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Innovation and Metrics: You will collect and consolidate innovative ideas from site operations, create business cases, and work with large data sets to own operations metrics and communicate them during daily/weekly review meetings.
- Support and Collaboration: You will support operations during periods of high demand and work closely with the site staff and local support teams to ensure successful execution of programs.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in warehouse operations
- Strong stakeholder management and capability to drive change
- Proven track record of managing successfully projects in complex environments
- Experience with Lean, Kaizen, 5S (a big plus)
- Fluent in German and English
