Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Solutions Architect to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our Global Systems Integrators (GSI) team, you will play a central role in guiding technical partnerships and driving growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement solution ideation and design strategies to meet customer needs and maximize opportunities.
  • Collaborate with practice teams to share vision and expectations, ensuring end-to-end solutions are delivered.
  • Understand business context and challenges to define solution vision and requirements, recommending optimal options.
  • Co-create solutions with GSI teams, communicating how they achieve desired outcomes.
  • Incorporate Lenovo and partner solutions, assets, and tools into designs to bring 'best of' to the solution.
  • Detail solutions, upgrades, replacements, integration, or decommissioning options, considering business and technology productivity, usability, and total cost of ownership.
  • Shape transformational deals with senior client executives, partnering with account/business development executives.
  • Quickly formulate and communicate pricing changes, proactively adjusting and modifying solutions to fit within budget and align with end customer business outcomes.

Desired Capabilities

  • 10-15 years' experience with strong technical and domain knowledge.
  • Consulting or GSI delivery background preferred.
  • Solutions mindset with value-based consulting methodology.
  • Self-led and fosters working in group settings.
