Expert IT Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert IT Solution Architect to join our team at Exyte Central Europe GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting enterprise architecture activities focused on the design, development, implementation, and rollout of a diverse portfolio of Identity and Access Management solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will take the architectural and technological leadership role in the 2025 beginning initiative to identify, design, architect, and implement a global Identity and Security Management platform. You will own the complete identity lifecycle for employees, architect the solutions to steer and control that lifecycle, and ensure that all participating parties benefit from updated process landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take the architectural and technological leadership role in the 2025 beginning initiative to identify, design, architect, and implement a global Identity and Security Management platform
  • Own the complete identity lifecycle for employees, architect the solutions to steer and control that lifecycle, and ensure that all participating parties benefit from updated process landscapes
  • Lead and contribute to solution architecture initiatives, ensuring that Identity services align with overarching business goals and objectives
  • Continuously analyze and design the target Identity architecture landscape, considering business goals, strategies, and processes, as well as the business applications and technology landscape
  • Develop a detailed medium and long-term roadmap for the evolution of the Identity enterprise solution portfolio, aligning with solution architecture guidelines
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and translate them into strategic IAM initiatives that support business capabilities and value streams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or IAM Architect, with a focus on designing and implementing complex, enterprise-grade network solutions & lifecycle management
  • Good market overview of current IAM solutions (e.g. Okta or Sailpoint), quick learning capabilities to better understand all parties needs and how to implement those best
  • Experience with Identity Provider (IdP) integration, Proven proficiency in reading and understanding automation or interface code using e.g. Java, JavaScript, or XML
  • Microsoft Azure certification or formal training and proven cloud network experience is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
