Job Title: Account Manager

About the Role:

Publicis Sapient is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our client service team in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, opening up project opportunities at existing and new clients, and shaping proposals to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for Publicis Sapient and its clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to the Industry Client Partner team in identifying and opening up project opportunities at existing and new clients.
  • Co-shape proposals and support in the negotiation of agreements focused on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for Publicis Sapient and its clients.
  • Take over, drive, and lead stewardship at smaller clients, acting as their Publicis Sapient leader and ensuring their profitable YoY Growth.
  • Represent good industry knowledge to be able to actively engage with clients in an inspiring and consultative manner.
  • Establish strong relationships at mid to senior client levels to shape broader transformation agendas in collaboration with senior Client Partners.
  • Develop a relationship map for your own clients incl. 3–5-year vision and strategy, and manage tactical executions to sell the full Publicis Sapient portfolio.
  • Manage and ensure delivery expectations and satisfaction by orchestrating relevant delivery stakeholders.
  • Ensure all opportunities are accurately reflected and forecasted in the Publicis Sapient CRM pipeline.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Publicis Sapient GTM offerings and solutions, cross-client line of businesses, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate a high level of performance and results in goal achievement.
  • Manage Publicis Internal stakeholders and build a dedicated and virtual team of experts.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with several years of experience in industry and professional services with demonstrated success and growth as a (junior) account manager or consultant. You should have first experience in navigating and growing larger accounts, a passion for people, equality, and society, and the ability to develop and nurture trusted relationships with client contacts and internal stakeholders via a strong industry POV and understanding of client needs.
