Job Title: Client Solutions LeadWe are seeking an experienced Client Solutions Lead to join our growing international team. As a key member of our service organization, you will be responsible for leading and building a Global Customer Service Organization that services both our business partners and B2C customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of Technical Account Managers to ensure smooth SDK implementation processes.
- Lead a team of B2C support agents to resolve technical issues related to our partners' games.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, teams, and clients to provide solutions that maximize their business goals.
- Evolve our service organization based on geographical expansion and service needs.
- Ensure consistent knowledge and quality execution across teams.
- Work with product and technical teams to ensure our platform meets client needs and provides a positive user experience.
- Maintain up-to-date product and technical documentation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a service organization, preferably in the ad tech industry.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or a programming language.
- Familiarity with Java, Kotlin, Swift, or experience building own apps.
- Understanding of the mobile ad tech landscape and current best practices.
