Our Production Department is responsible for the supply chain behind our online platform, ensuring that vehicles are repaired and delivered to customers efficiently and effectively.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager Production to join our team at our headquarters in Berlin. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will work closely with our production facilities in Germany to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement lean methods and principles to streamline business processes and improve productivity.
- Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels to promote understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated improvement activities and drive business growth.
- Analyze processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure that our processes are scalable and drive the implementation of new IT features from specification to successful rollout.
- Proven experience in lean management from a start-up, management consultancy, dynamic company, or automotive sector.
- Sound knowledge of lean methods, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement techniques.
- Team-oriented approach and ability to manage change effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Hands-on mentality, sense of ownership, agility, and strong solution orientation.
- Fluent English skills, German skills a plus.
