Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled KVP/ Lean Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and steering Lean activities in our production facility, including workshops and coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead Lean projects to reduce waste in production, logistics, and administration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including international teams, to drive process improvements
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to increase efficiency
- Conduct thorough analysis of potential KVP projects to determine feasibility and potential returns
- Monitor and control project progress, creating detailed reports and KPI dashboards
- Design and deliver training materials for new production methods and software
- Develop and maintain Shopfloor Management systems to optimize production processes
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in process optimization, change management, and project management
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
