Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled KVP/ Lean Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and steering Lean activities in our production facility, including workshops and coaching. Your primary objective will be to reduce waste in the production, logistics, and administration areas through process improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead Lean activities, including workshops and coaching, to drive process improvements
  • Identify and implement opportunities for waste reduction in production, logistics, and administration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including international teams, to achieve common goals
  • Contribute to company-wide efficiency improvement programs
  • Evaluate potential KVP projects based on cost-benefit analysis
  • Monitor and control project progress, creating KVP key performance indicator reports
  • Develop reports for internal and external communication
  • Design and implement training materials for new production methods and software
  • Develop and optimize shopfloor management processes

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Knowledge of KVP/ KAIZEN, Lean Management, and project management methodologies
  • At least 2 years of experience in process optimization, change management, and project management
  • Strong analytical skills, confident communication, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • Fluent English language skills for effective communication with international teams
