Job Overview

As a Lean and Innovation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within AUTO1 Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement lean methodologies and principles within our production framework to optimize business operations.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff across various levels to enhance their understanding of lean methodologies and the importance of ongoing improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that improvement initiatives are well-coordinated and effective.
  • Evaluate existing processes and procedures in our dynamic business environment, proposing actionable strategies to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure our processes are scalable and lead the deployment of new IT functionalities, from initial specifications to successful implementation.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in lean management, preferably within a start-up, consultancy, fast-growing organization, or the automotive industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of lean techniques, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Collaborative mindset with the capability to manage change efficiently.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting complex datasets.
  • Proactive approach, ownership mentality, agility, and a strong focus on solutions.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is advantageous.
