Strategic Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Client Relationship Manager in the Energy Intense Industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our strategic ambitions and creating stronger value propositions for our key customers.
Key Responsibilities- Be responsible for a portfolio of clients from industries such as steel and metallurgy, construction materials, glass, paper, chemical, and pharmaceutical, who are undergoing energy transition and decarbonization efforts.
- Report to the Market Area Manager DACH and collaborate with a powerful team of experts focused on providing tangible support across all relevant market segments.
- Empower customers by defining their needs and developing value propositions.
- Drive sales by growing our sales pipeline, increasing order intake, and influencing project pricing and resourcing.
- Optimize customer experience by ensuring seamless and satisfying interactions with our organization.
- Build networks by expanding internal and external relationships, staying ahead of market trends, and identifying opportunities.
- Foster innovation by acting as a project sponsor for key projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, and collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a similar field.
- +5 years of demonstrated history in the Energy Intense Industry or similar sales roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills, market knowledge, and foresight.
- Expertise in German and European energy markets, industrial energy systems, and decarbonization paths.
- Proven business development skills, relationship-building, and language skills (German and English at least C1 level).
