About the RoleAs a Senior Industrial Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and exploring new market opportunities and customer needs across various industries, with a focus on the semiconductor sector.
You will bring several years of experience in business development, ideally in the semiconductor or microwave/plasma technology sectors. Your expertise will enable you to navigate complex sales environments and build strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry and its applications.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the semiconductor sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies.
- Several years of experience in business development, ideally in the semiconductor or microwave/plasma technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry and its applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive salary range: €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.
