Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Microwave Product Strategist to drive the development, enhancement, and positioning of products in plasma and microwave technology. This full-time role offers exciting opportunities for individuals eager to leverage their skills in product management, innovative thinking, and decisive action.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Take strategic and operational ownership of product development, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Monitor market developments, identify customer requirements, and generate innovative product ideas for implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, production, sales, and marketing teams to drive successful product launches.
  • Develop detailed product roadmaps and specifications, promoting clear communication throughout the organization.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to market launch and beyond.
  • Analyze competitors and develop strategies for effective market positioning.
  • Support product marketing efforts, develop key selling points, and participate in customer presentations.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • A degree in engineering, physics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Multiple years of experience in product management, preferably within the plasma or microwave technology sector.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, enabling you to develop comprehensive, long-term product strategies.
  • Excellent communication and team skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts effectively.
  • An independent, goal-oriented work style, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A willingness to travel occasionally, including internationally.
