Industrial Technology Product Development Manager

Muegge GmbH, a leading manufacturer of function-critical industrial microwave components and systems, is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Industrial Microwave Technology to join our team in Germany. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development, enhancement, and positioning of our products in the field of plasma and microwave technology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, physics, or business administration and several years of experience in product management, preferably within the plasma or microwave technology sector.

We are looking for a highly analytical thinker with excellent communication skills who can develop comprehensive, long-term product strategies and drive successful product development through close collaboration with R&D, production, sales, and marketing teams.

• Take full strategic and operational responsibility for product development and ensure clear communication across the company.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to generate innovative product ideas and plan their implementation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful product development and market positioning.

• A degree in engineering, physics, business administration, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in product management, ideally within the plasma or microwave technology sector.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to develop comprehensive, long-term product strategies.
• Excellent communication and team skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
