As an Industrial Development Strategist, you will be responsible for exploring new market opportunities, identifying customer needs, and developing business strategies to drive growth in the fields of microwave technology and plasma applications.

• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and potential business opportunities.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth in key markets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate sustainable growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop innovative solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and participate in trade shows to increase market presence.

• You hold a degree in engineering, physics, business administration, or a related field.
• You have several years of experience in business development, preferably in the semiconductor or microwave/plasma technology sector.
• You possess a solid understanding of identifying market potential and implementing growth strategies.
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities to identify market opportunities and make informed decisions.
