About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cadillac Sales Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to walk-in customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations on Cadillac products and services.
  • Capture and qualify leads, working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Ensure the showroom is maintained to the highest standards, showcasing our products in an attractive and inviting manner.
  • Schedule and conduct test drives, providing customers with a comprehensive and enjoyable experience.
  • Provide first-level customer support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with financial solutions, including leasing and loan options.
  • Support the sales team in identifying and addressing inefficiencies in POS operations and workflows.
  • Report customer feedback and insights to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • At least 2 years of experience in automotive, premium, or luxury retail, or hospitality.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for EVs and Cadillac products.
