Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled German Speaking Corporate Officer to join our team at Abiomis. As a Corporate Officer, you will be responsible for assisting Senior Corporate Officers in corporate governance matters, including the publication on the RCS/RBE, the opening of bank accounts, and the preparation of board meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Corporate Officers in corporate governance matters such as the publication on the RCS/RBE, the opening of bank accounts, and the preparation of board meetings.
  • Draft board minutes in both English and German.
  • Be exposed to a German speaking client portfolio and develop direct contact with clients once you have developed the necessary level of autonomy and experience.

Requirements

  • A first experience or an internship as Corporate Officer in a fiduciary or PFS in Luxembourg would be ideal for this position.
  • Fluency in English and German is an absolute prerequisite. Knowledge of any other languages would be considered an asset.
  • Did you follow trainings or did you obtain a higher degree (Bachelor or Master) in the legal field? Then this will be a plus as well.
