We are a leading tax firm specializing in alternative investment funds, including private equity, asset management, and family offices. Our team comprises around 20 experts with offices across Europe, primarily serving German and local clientele.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Expert with 2-3 years of experience and a degree in tax. The ideal candidate will have experience in Germany and will be responsible for handling a portfolio of clients, advising them on tax structuring, M&A, preparing memos, managing juridical matters, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diverse clients, conduct meetings, provide tailored tax advice.
  • Advise on tax strategies, M&A, due diligence, and post-transaction planning.
  • Prepare/review tax returns, ensure compliance, assist with audits.
  • Draft tax memos/reports, update clients on tax law changes.
  • Support on juridical matters, contract reviews, collaborate with legal advisors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Tax.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a big 4/5, service provider or law firm.
  • German-speaking proficiency is mandatory and English professional knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
