Corporate Officer Role

Austin Bright is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Officer to join our team in Luxembourg City. As a Corporate Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, track, and check corporate legal documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare contracts, agreements, and reports to facilitate business operations.
  • Organize board meetings, draft board minutes, and resolutions to ensure effective decision-making.
  • Liaise with authorities, notaries, lawyers, and banks to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Support seniors in preparing draft and legal documents, from A-to-Z full company life cycle.
  • Prepare statutory forms with the CSSF to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in business law or a similar field is required.
  • Previous experience of 3-5 years in a corporate officer position in Luxembourg is mandatory for this role.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential, with knowledge of Italian being a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen desire to learn and develop professionally are essential.
