Senior Corporate Officer - Legal - Corporate - PFS - Fiduciary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Officer to join our team at Abiomis. As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio composed of SOPARFI and SPVs, preparing and organizing board meetings, and filing annual accounts on the Trade register.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a client portfolio of SOPARFI and SPVs, providing proactive advice and support to clients.
  • Prepare and organize board meetings, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Filing annual accounts on the Trade register and other procedures between constitution and liquidation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer or Legal Officer within a financial service provider in Luxembourg or an Asset Management Company.
  • Autonomy in managing files from constitution to liquidation/dissolution.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to navigate international business environments.
