atmio is on a mission to save 1 Billion tonnes of CO2 emissions yearly, which is as much as all emissions from commercial aviation worldwide. We are building a smart greenhouse gas measurement platform with portable sensor technology for energy companies that have to quantify, report, and reduce methane emissions.

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales channels and executing go-to-market strategies, optimizing and executing outreach processes, and supporting sales operations through pipeline management, deal structuring, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide sales enablement and support to sales teams to drive performance and results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales execution, revenue operations, or a similar role
  • Proven ability to manage CRM systems and analyze data to drive revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and experience working closely with sales teams to optimize performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with creating or optimizing complex sales offerings or go-to-market strategies
  • Understanding of international market dynamics, including compliance, local customer behaviors, and adapting sales strategies for different regions
