About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Software Engagement Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of custom software solutions from proposal stage to rollout and transition into software lifecycle. You will work closely with clients, consultants, UX designers, and technical experts to deliver innovative concepts and solutions that meet their business needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement custom software solutions that meet client needs and expectations
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and digital topics, including cloud technologies, app development, and AI concepts
About You
  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, and 1-3 years of professional experience in consulting, software development, or product management
  • You have a proven track record of experience as a project manager, with a strong understanding of software development concepts and methodologies
  • You are fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages, especially German, being a major advantage
  • You have a good understanding of CI/CD, relational databases, data integrations, programming, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure
