Energy Growth Strategist

We're seeking an experienced Energy Growth Strategist to drive revenue growth and foster strategic relationships with our key accounts. As a seasoned professional, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing comprehensive account strategies, and ensuring seamless execution of these plans.
Your expertise will enable you to cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, aligning their goals with gridX's vision. You'll also champion the value of our solutions, ensuring that our customers fully leverage our offerings to achieve their objectives.
A trusted advisor, you'll provide expert guidance and support to navigate complex challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will ensure the successful implementation of account strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in a dynamic, customer-facing role with a proven track record of driving revenue within the energy industry or at a high-growth SaaS company
- Strong strategic mindset, combined with deep knowledge of energy market trends, to steer business relationships towards new directions
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, or Growth Services) to ensure seamless execution of account plans
- Evaluation and prioritization of opportunities based on key performance indicators of a successful partnership
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans, making sound decisions to drive customer success and desired outcomes
- Experience in solution-selling methodologies, with a focus on understanding customer needs and aligning gridX's solutions to achieve their business objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
