The Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Growth Strategist to play a crucial role in our performance in Germany. This highly motivated professional will be responsible for prospecting, booking, and managing corporate accounts, leveraging their existing network of travel buyers in Germany. They will establish Bob W as the preferred accommodations provider in the area through proactive relationship-building and tactical approaches.

This individual will join our international Growth Team, comprised of customer acquisition and revenue management professionals who swear by the growth hacking ethos. We combine established tools with experimentation and innovation to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Take ownership of the entire business development cycle, including cold contacting.
  • Drive skyrocketing growth in direct B2B bookings.
  • Build long-term partnerships with the local start-up community.
  • Develop strategies to enter the corporate market.
  • Establish a sales network by creating non-ordering collaboration relationships with local partners: restaurants, cafes, gyms, co-working spaces, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to make data-driven decisions and execute them successfully.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands our customer base and ensures our strong presence.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A self-starter attitude, being ambitious, and hungry for results. You should be relentless and experienced in identifying target leads, reaching out, and generating and closing deals from cold leads.
  • 1+ years of excellent track record in Sales or Business Development in a B2B environment, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in the Travel, Lodgings, TMC, and Group Booking ecosystem preferred.
  • Native German and excellent English language skills.
  • Experience in using a CRM (Pipedrive would be advantageous).
  • Experience in onboarding and managing accounts.
  • Organized and process-driven, with knowledge of B2B sales techniques
Compensation Package
