Business Development Manager

Your Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a network of local business contacts to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion;
- Recruit entrepreneurs for our Exit Ready program, a dedicated consultancy service designed to optimize companies for sale and maximize valuation;
- Proactively engage with SME-entrepreneurs to discuss business growth strategies and prepare them for sale;
- Collaborate with our Business Development Team to drive international growth and expansion;
- Provide guidance and support to entrepreneurs as they plan their future and navigate the final phase of entrepreneurship;
- Continuously improve and develop business skills through self-development and recording conversations accurately.
- Seasoned candidates with extensive experience working with entrepreneurs and the German SME network are encouraged to apply;
- Must have a proven track record of working with established entrepreneurs;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with German entrepreneurs and speak their 'language' are essential;
- Passion for entrepreneurship and a willingness to continuously improve and develop business skills are key requirements;
- Fluent in German and a strong understanding of the German business culture are necessary;
- A proven business development track record and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential;
- Availability to work 4-5 days a week and willingness to travel extensively are required.
