Main Purpose:

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability for the Gas customer group with Lekkerland, a key wholesaler partner. This role will focus on developing and implementing marketing strategies within specified budgets to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Gas station channels to optimize collaboration with Lekkerland and achieve sustainable business results.
  • Acquire new customers within the wholesale network and further develop the German out-of-home channel in collaboration with the sales director.
  • Lead and develop subordinate employees within the PepsiCo career model.
  • Ensure goal achievement for responsible customers/customer groups and coordinate annual planning, budgeting, and reporting for the customer group.
  • Prepare, participate in, and follow up on regular customer and annual meetings, and arrange and implement promotions, listings, pricing strategies, shelf and secondary placement shares, and customer-specific promotional measures.
  • Obtain and analyze important information for customer management and derive strategic measures, and plan customer volumes and budgets, initiating timely measures with customers in case of deviations from targets.
  • Manage conditions within the existing system and communicate and coordinate with necessary internal interfaces.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or commercial training with additional qualifications.
  • Very good English and MS Office skills required.
  • Category management experience and leadership experience desirable.
