Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead key sales operations projects, ensuring alignment with our business goals and delivering outstanding customer results.
  • Regularly gather, analyze, and present sales performance data, providing actionable insights to guide leadership decisions and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and refine our sales processes, identifying opportunities for optimization that increase operational efficiency and support rapid development cycles.
  • Organize and facilitate sales meetings, ensuring relevant data is prepared and clear agendas are set, with follow-up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer value, and app management teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives, fostering open communication and seamless execution.
Your Ideal Profile
  1. 3+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing internal processes and contributing to operational efficiency.
  2. Strong skills in pulling and analyzing sales data, with a demonstrated ability to turn data insights into actionable steps that drive improvement.
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and project management skills that enable meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and clearly convey insights and strategies to leadership.
  5. Fluency in English, with proficiency in German a strong plus.
