About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Domain Advisor to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Fieldglass Domain Advisory Team, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales cycle support on Fieldglass specific solutions, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the product and its features.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and programs to drive pipeline growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Management, Regional LoB, and MU, to ensure seamless execution of key Fieldglass field sales priorities.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive business plans, articulating the Fieldglass strategy, GTM activities, and key execution steps.
  • Implement Fieldglass strategies in targeted sales cycles, influencing and driving business outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, coaching, and mentoring to internal customers on Fieldglass products and solutions.
Requirements
  • Professional experience with large, multi-national software/IT organizations and a demonstrated expertise of Fieldglass.
  • SAP product experience and/or 5-8 years prior relevant External Workforce experience.
  • Working knowledge of Cloud in the B2B environment.
  • Fluency in English and German (C1 level).
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required.
  • MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
