About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Specialist to join our Global Tax Reporting Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling all tax-related issues in accounting and reporting according to IFRS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review tax-related sections in interim and annual reports, including quarterly tax closings.
  • Ensure alignment of tax reporting on local and consolidation levels.
  • Support complex projects regarding tax reporting topics, especially M&A projects.
  • Implement and administer the Pillar Two – Global Minimum Tax agreed by the OECD/G20 Inclusive Framework on BEPS.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in international tax consulting or tax function of a multinational company with a focus on tax accounting and reporting according to IFRS.
  • In-depth knowledge of tax accounting and reporting in accordance with IFRS.
  • Knowledge of international tax law, including experience with the Pillar Two – Global Minimum Tax Rules agreed by the OECD/G20 Inclusive Framework on BEPS.
  • University degree in business studies or comparable qualification.
  • Qualified Tax Advisor/CTC/CPA or comparable qualification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and under time pressure.
  • Fluency in German and English.
About the Team

Global Tax covers a broad range of tax-related topics, including tax returns, tax audits, group reorganizations, transfer pricing, and various tax reporting duties. The Group Tax Reporting Team is responsible for the worldwide coordination and support of quarter-end and year-end closings according to IFRS and for the preparation of the tax sections in our external interim and annual reports as well as internal management reporting.
