About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Venture Studio team at Campus Founders gGmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with startups, investors, and other stakeholders in the Venture Studio ecosystem.
  • Support the identification and evaluation of startups for potential investment opportunities.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration between Venture Studio stakeholders, including regular investment committee meetings.
  • Participate in events and conferences relevant to the startup ecosystem to build and maintain relationships.
  • Work closely with Venture Managers to coach and support portfolio startups.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes for due diligence and milestone tracking.
  • Monitor and manage the Venture Studio budget.
Requirements
  • Relevant education and experience in project management, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and current market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and German.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach.
  • Basic understanding of common business models and startup jargon.
