About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Venture Studio team at Campus Founders gGmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with startups, investors, and other stakeholders in the Venture Studio ecosystem.
  • Identify and support suitable startups for investment through our Campus Founders Programs.
  • Coordinate communication and organize regular exchange between Venture Studio stakeholders, including investment committee meetings.
  • Participate in events relevant to startups and investors to build and maintain sustainable relationships and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Work closely with Venture Managers to coach portfolio startups, recognize their needs, and support them through shared success stories and connections with investors.
  • Introduce standardized terminology to portfolio startups and guide them through a well-structured due diligence process.
  • Define and track milestones with startups, evaluating them using collected and analyzed metrics and sharing them with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor the Venture Studio budget.
Requirements
  • Completed studies in economics or a related field.
  • Practical experience in project management, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Interest in the startup ecosystem and knowledge of current market trends.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach.
  • Basic understanding of common business models.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English and German.
  • Familiarity with startup jargon and key concepts is an advantage.
  • Experience as a (co-)founder or employee of a startup is a plus.
