About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Robotics Support Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our mobile robots in industrial environments, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and resolving any incidents that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control mobile robots remotely via our web interface to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to robot operations, documenting all incidents and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality tests for our robots, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries, concerns, and requests from our clients
  • Contribute to the development of our knowledge base, sharing expertise and best practices with the team
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to product development and enhancement
  • Participate in on-site and off-site team events, workshops, and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Strong passion for robotics and automation, with a keen interest in working in a dynamic start-up environment
  • Independent work style, with a high degree of autonomy and trustworthiness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to work on-site in our office in Darmstadt, Germany, with occasional travel to client sites
  • Further language skills in German, Chinese, French, Spanish, or Italian are an asset
  • Relevant degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field, with experience in ROS, Linux, C++, and/or Python
