About the Role:

As an IT Support Specialist at Speexx, you will be the primary point of contact for our employees, providing assistance with all IT and telecommunications-related inquiries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving, documenting, and resolving or forwarding IT support requests.
  • Troubleshooting issues with workstations, phones, printers, and Office 365.
  • Contributing to the on-site IT infrastructure department.

Requirements:

We are looking for a student with a strong background in Computer Science or a related field, who has gained initial experience as a working student or intern in IT support within an international company. Key skills include:

  • Fluent English language skills; German is an additional asset.
  • Experience with Office 365 and Windows.
  • Basic experience in administering Linux servers is a plus.
  • Self-responsibility, communication skills, and a team player attitude.
