Your Role:
As an IT Service Specialist, you will be pivotal in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Technical Assistance: Offer prompt and effective technical support to users through various channels, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze and troubleshoot IT challenges, employing diagnostic tools to swiftly identify and rectify problems.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exemplary customer service by professionally addressing user inquiries and concerns.
- System Maintenance: Conduct regular updates and maintenance on systems to ensure optimal functionality and security.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed documentation of support requests, solutions, and configurations for future reference.
- User Education: Facilitate training sessions to enhance users' IT skills and ensure effective technology utilization.
- Security Compliance: Assist in the implementation of IT security measures to safeguard sensitive information.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team and other departments to enhance IT processes and systems.
- Remote Support: Provide remote assistance to clients as necessary.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
- Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- A methodical approach to processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in both German and English.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundations, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
