Job Description

We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Strategist to join our team at Ankercloud GmbH. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities and generating business growth with specific customer segments and markets.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of business development experience, with at least 3-4 years as senior or lead with experience of successfully leading and developing solution sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored cloud solutions using AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure
  • Bring your own network of potential customers and partnerships, who would benefit from cloud and innovative technologies
  • Taking responsibility for the ideation process, requirement assessment, and consulting of our customers
  • We want you to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive customer success and satisfaction.
  • Developing and executing sales plans, including maintenance of a robust sales pipeline and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Forecast and track key sales metrics and drive to exceed quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Be a technical and business consultant to our clients before, during, and after implementations
  • Experience in working with and leading international teams (remote) is an advantage
  • A drive to learn new things and a keen interest in the public cloud. You're motivated to keep yourself up to date with cloud evolution and understand how it can bring our customers value
  • A get-it-done attitude and ownership of tasks from their inception to completion
  • Strong work ethic, track record of high productivity and sales achievement
Benefits:
  • Estimated salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum
  • Flexible working hours and freedom to work in a hybrid model with regular work-days in the office in Berlin and otherwise the option to work remotely with regular travel
