As a Senior Cloud Solution Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in consulting with customers from SMBs to Enterprises and Public Sector organizations to understand their business and operational challenges. You'll translate these challenges into bespoke technical solutions while ensuring compliance with stringent regulatory requirements and operational constraints.
Key Responsibilities- Consultation and Solution Design:
You will engage with European SMBs, Enterprises, and Public Sector organizations to grasp their business challenges, regulatory needs, and operational objectives. This includes designing cloud-based solutions addressing pain points while ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance requirements, and technical constraints.
- Technical Expertise:
You will lead technical discussions and workshops with clients, demonstrating deep knowledge of AWS or GCP ecosystems. Additionally, you'll build proof-of-concept environments to validate solution designs and provide hands-on support during solution implementation, migrations, and optimizations.
- Compliance and Governance:
You will ensure solutions adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards, including GDPR, sovereignty requirements, and Public Sector-specific mandates. Moreover, you'll partner with internal teams to implement robust governance frameworks for customers and address Public Sector-specific challenges such as Sovereign Cloud requirements and procurement frameworks.
- Stakeholder Management:
You will act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, bridging the gap between technical and business teams. Effectively communicating technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, including Public Sector decision-makers, is essential.
Requirements- A minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud solution engineering, architecture, or related roles with demonstrated expertise in AWS or GCP ecosystems.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, with certifications at a Professional or Specialty level (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional, GCP Professional Cloud Architect).
- Proven experience consulting and designing cloud solutions for European SMBs, Enterprises, and/or Public Sector organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business and operational challenges into scalable, compliant technical solutions.
- Expertise in cloud architecture, networking, security, and data management.
- Familiarity with Public Sector-specific compliance frameworks and operational requirements.
- Strong customer-facing experience, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Business fluency in English.

Our estimated salary range for this position is €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
