Senior Field Marketing Manager, DACH Region

Your Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to support our DACH and Eastern Europe region's field marketing efforts. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will drive our campaigns locally, leveraging various digital and offline marketing tactics to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, and delight our existing international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the global marketing team to develop and execute regional marketing plans
  • Drive top-of-the-funnel programs that lead to opportunities and build pipeline to foster new customer acquisition and expansion opportunities in the DACH and Eastern Europe regions
  • Use data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and performance in the regions
  • Collaborate with local Sales and business development teams to coordinate proper SLAs and support in the region
  • Manage marketing to/with partners & alliances plan to generate demand for Jedox software suite
  • Monitor, analyze, report, and communicate the performance of marketing activities regularly
Your Profile

We are looking for a marketing professional with excellent organizational and project management skills, who is an out-of-the-box thinker driven to succeed. You should be a creative individual with a hands-on attitude, humble, a fast learner who is flexible and able to respond to frequently changing business needs. You should be a strong team player with the flexibility to work in an international team.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively and independently with all levels of management and functional disciplines
  • Proven experience in developing and executing regional marketing plans
  • Knowledge of Digital marketing (Google Adwords, LinkedIn)
  • Hands-on experience working with Marketing tools and CRM systems – Hubspot, Salesforce, 6Sense
  • Proven track record in measuring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing activities to understand the contribution to pipeline and to evaluate marketing effectiveness/return on investment
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and channel partners to build joint marketing programs and increase partner-sourced contributions to the business
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones
  • Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills
  • 6+ Years of experience in marketing B2B SaaS solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent
