Field Marketing Manager DACH

As a Field Marketing Manager at Pointsharp, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing regional marketing strategies that drive sales and revenue growth. You will be part of the Marketing Department and report to the Head of Marketing.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and deliver quarterly Field Marketing plans for the DACH region that integrate sales and marketing requirements to support regional pipeline and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with partners in the region to develop a joint marketing strategy and drive plans.
- Design and execute demand generation marketing programs, including events, webinars, and email marketing campaigns.
- Forecast and measure the impact of the marketing plan on sales cycles while analyzing program results and optimizing as needed.
- Own the planning and execution of vertical-based marketing, including Account Based Marketing programs that penetrate key accounts in the region.
- Maintain ongoing communications and be the go-to marketing resource for regional sales leaders, sales reps, and regional partners.
- 5+ years of experience in a high-performance marketing department.
- Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner.
- Strong affinity to the German software market, as well as the Austrian and Swiss markets.
- Excellent communications skills, both orally and in writing, including presenting.
- German native language and fluent English.
