About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the global marketing team to drive campaigns locally and align with regional sales and business development teams to coordinate proper SLAs and support.
  • Develop and execute top-of-the-funnel programs that lead to opportunities and build pipeline to foster new customer acquisition and expansion opportunities in the DACH region.
  • Utilize digital and offline marketing tactics, including tradeshows and events, to effectively reach our target audience.
  • Manage marketing to/partners & alliances plan to generate demand for Jedox software suite.
  • Monitor, analyze, report, and communicate the performance of marketing activities regularly.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and performance in the regions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and executing regional marketing plans.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, including Google Adwords and LinkedIn.
  • Hands-on experience working with marketing tools and CRM systems, such as Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Proven track record in measuring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing activities to understand the contribution to pipeline and to evaluate marketing effectiveness/return on investment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and channel partners to build joint marketing programs and increase partner-sourced contributions to the business.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones.
  • Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills.
