We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products in the field of neurology/psychiatry to clinics and specialists in private practice.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement targeted regional sales strategies to convince customers of the value and benefits of our products and services.
- Conduct market and potential analyses to identify opportunities and further develop network structures in the region.
- Identify and prioritize needs and gaps in care on the part of practitioners and patients along the course of therapy and develop strategy and action plans as part of stakeholder management.
- Monitor the market closely and proactively prepare reports on market-relevant competition and health policy information.
- Carry out information events, also with your own speaker activities, using service tools.
- Completed studies in a natural science (preferably in the field of neuroscience/psychiatry) or recognition as a pharmaceutical consultant in accordance with § 75 para. 3.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
- Knowledge in the field of neuroscience/psychiatry/depression.
- Pioneering spirit, willingness to learn, digital affinity, and positive attitude to work with digital control tools.
- High willingness to cooperate and excellent teamwork skills.
- Very good communication and rhetorical skills.
- Deep customer orientation and very strong networking skills.
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills.
- High willingness to travel in the region & driving license class B, residence in the travel area an advantage.
We offer an attractive salary with bonuses and long-term job security through group affiliation, a BMW company car, up to 40 days of vacation per year, and usually a permanent employment contract.
