Regional Sales Director

Are you looking for a new challenge in sales leadership? We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Field Sales to join our team at Lightspeed Commerce.
As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Field Account Executives who are empowering restaurants to simplify and scale their operations through our restaurant technology platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop your team to build a customer-first sales experience and showcase our platform to restaurateurs
- Hire and coach your team on efficient prospecting, walk-ins, and live demos
- Empower your team to generate interest in our platform through walk-ins and customized outreach
- Utilize Salesforce to report on forecasting, analyze conversion rates, and track Account Executive activity metrics
- Responsible for new business targets for your team
- Grow your territories by expanding our customer base and building your field sales team
- Partner cross-functionally with product, customer success, implementation, and other internal teams
Requirements:
- Experience hiring, leading, and coaching a team of account executives
- Management of a full-cycle sales team from prospecting to closing
- Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting
- Experience within SaaS, hospitality, or restaurants a plus
- A passion for being in the field with your team and outbound sales experience
