About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our global energy transition projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams to deliver offshore wind foundation design projects.
  • Ensure all project goals are achieved while confirming the company's commitments to our clients.
  • Maintain a multidisciplinary approach, including close collaboration with experts both inside and outside of the core design team.
  • Manage projects from concept and feasibility studies through to detailed design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Manage the expectations and relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring effective lines of communication and monitoring progress against the schedule and budget.
  • Oversee the engineering design to the relevant standards for projects, ensuring adherence to the design schedule.
  • Manage commercial and financial aspects or projects, monitoring budget against actual costs, evaluating and mitigating risk, impact assessment and reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project activities are carried out in strict accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Compile and present comprehensive progress reports to project meetings that include analyses of progress against key performance indicators.
  • Develop and manage remedial activities in the event of project deviations to ensure minimal risk to cost and schedule.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to prepare tender documents for new business opportunities.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully directing large and complex projects from study to delivery, ideally within the offshore wind or renewable energy sector. You will have a strong understanding of design and engineering, including project economics, interfaces, risks, and commercial aspects of offshore wind farm development.
