Lead Our Life Science Sales Team

As a Sales Manager for Life Science at Bio-Rad, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team in the greater Munich area. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and achieve ambitious targets by collaborating with your team and other functional teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, service, and finance teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales trends and provide insights to inform sales strategies and team performance.
  • Communicate market and industry trends to leadership and other key personnel.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Life Science Sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with key clients.
  • Fluent in German and English, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and MS Office 365.
