Lead Our Life Science Sales Team

As a Sales Manager for Life Science at Bio-Rad, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team in the greater Munich area. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and achieve ambitious targets by collaborating with your team and other functional teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Collaborate with marketing, service, and finance teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Analyze sales trends and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate market and industry trends to leadership and other key personnel.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Life Science Sales.
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate people.
  • Strong analytical thinking, verbal and written communication skills, and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office 365.
