Lead Our Life Science Sales Team

Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our Life Science Sales Team in the greater Munich area. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the Life Science business.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills, tools, and support to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, service, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales trends and data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in a life science field, such as molecular biology, protein chemistry, or cell biology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Life Science Sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and MS Office 365.
