Join Our Team as a Business Development Associate

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Go-To-Market efforts onsite in Berlin. As a Business Development Associate, you will work closely with our founders to drive business development and execute our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize our CRM system to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Actively participate in the sales process, handling SDR tasks and building strong relationships with international prospects.
  • Collaborate directly with the founders to drive business development and execute our go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
  • Interest in Sales & Business Development, ideally with some first experience in a related field (internships, projects).
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (company language) and German.
  • Comfortable working on international sales efforts and building relationships across different markets.
  • Extra: First experiences in CRM systems and how to manage customer data.
