Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our Business Development team as a Business Development Associate.
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our platform's supply side, collaborating with our Business Development and Account Managers on critical projects, and taking ownership of business growth, winning and developing clients, and running your own projects with top-tier clients and consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the growth of our platform's supply side, including our Consultant network
- Collaborate with our Business Development and Account Managers on their most business-critical projects
- Take ownership of business growth, win and develop clients, and run your own projects with top-tier clients and consultants
- Develop consultant relationships and enable them to work on exciting projects
- Master effective communication with all internal/external stakeholders
We are looking for a candidate with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, who is passionate about start-ups and has a drive to make a real impact.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Graduated or about to graduate from a top university in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a similar field, with outstanding academic records
- A passion for start-ups and a drive to prepare for their own adventure down the road
- Strong analytical skills that they use to break down problems and excel at connecting topics from many domains
- Previous professional experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, sales or in startups)
- Fluency in English is a must, German and French are nice to have
- Support in your own self-development (regular feedback and coaching sessions, access to personal development material, workshops, startup presentations, and networking events)
- Make key decisions that impact the future of the company
