Senior Manager of Human Capital and Organizational Strategy

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at EWR. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our human resources and organizational strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports the growth and development of our employees.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals responsible for talent management, organizational development, and HR operations.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational change initiatives that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Design and deliver training programs and development initiatives that enhance the skills and competencies of our employees.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to our leadership team on HR-related matters.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
