We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team at EWR as the Head of Personnel and Organizational Development. This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth and excellence in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for personnel and organizational development, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Lead and manage three dedicated teams: Personnel Development, Personnel Management, and Organizational Development, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Design and implement personnel development measures, instruments, and systems to enhance leadership and employee competencies, driving business results and employee satisfaction.
  • Optimize HR processes and instruments to increase efficiency, employee engagement, and overall organizational performance.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the board, management, and employees on all personnel and organizational development matters.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in strategic and operational personnel and organizational development, with a strong track record of leadership and innovation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Discretion, loyalty, and a friendly demeanor, with a strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
