About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Financing Services Expert to join our team at Siemens Healthineers AG. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for advising our customers on project, sales, and export financing, including financial risk and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise Siemens Healthineers countries on project, sales, and export financing, including financial risk and asset management.
  • Create and arrange standard and tailored customer financing solutions based on specific Siemens Healthineers sales models and individual customer needs.
  • Lead negotiations with banks and external finance providers for sales financing solutions and act as a bridge between customers, Siemens Healthineers business areas, and banks/external finance providers.
  • Perform financial risk assessments on sales financing solutions and provide risk mitigation solutions.
  • Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective sales financing processes and compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Provide sales financing training to the Siemens Healthineers community.
  • Support the development of sales enabling financing programs.
  • Evaluate the financing market and develop strategies to collaborate with best-fitting financing parties.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in business administration or similar with several years of experience in sales financing in a multinational corporation or bank/external finance provider.
  • Experience in leading complex projects and working in and with virtual teams.
  • Broad and in-depth technical knowledge of different sales financing solutions, including accounting concepts.
  • Familiarity with working in an international business setting and communicating with multiple cultures.
