SCM Specialist

Are you passionate about optimizing supply chain processes and improving productivity? We are seeking a highly skilled SCM Specialist to join our team at Siemens Healthineers AG.

As an SCM Specialist, you will be responsible for tracking, optimizing, and monitoring productivity measures in close collaboration with Finance. You will ensure appropriate support for the planning processes of productivity measures in Service Logistics and adapt and implement efficient procedures and processes for productivity enhancement measures.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Tracking and optimizing productivity measures in close collaboration with Finance
• Ensuring appropriate support for the planning processes of productivity measures in Service Logistics
• Adapting and implementing efficient procedures and processes for productivity enhancement measures
• Processing information and reporting to relevant stakeholders and management regarding the status and forecast of productivity measures
• Supporting project teams regarding the creation of business cases and driving productivity improvements accordingly
• Acting as a Service Logistics partner for the CSML teams and Finance
• Driving productivity enhancement measures in Service Logistics in close collaboration with project managers

Requirements:

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a comparable field
• Many years of professional experience in performance controlling, finance, or project management. Additional experience in Supply Chain Management is an advantage
• Knowledge of calculation methods, business cases, and especially the OPW methodology
• Profound knowledge of value flow and financial processes and ideally of SCM and HPS/Lean methods
• Business-fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional German knowledge is an advantage
• Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and have already worked in a multicultural environment
